What data we process
- Account and customer data: name, email, phone, company name, company registration number and delivery address — when you register as a customer.
- Orders: a history of the orders you place, the wines and the prices.
- Technical data: IP address and logs from our backend provider, for security and operations.
- Contact and AI sommelier: the messages you send us through forms or chat features.
Legal basis and purpose
- Contract: managing your customer account, price lists and orders.
- Legal obligation: accounting and age verification for the sale of alcohol.
- Legitimate interest: security, operation and improvement of the service.
- Consent: non-essential cookies — you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing storage in your browser.
Cookies and storage
We only use essential cookies and local storage, to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not set marketing or tracking cookies without your consent.
Recipients and transfers
Personal data is processed by our data processors for hosting, database and authentication. Data is stored within the EU/EEA. We never sell your data to third parties.
Retention
Account and customer data is kept for as long as you are an active customer. Accounting records are kept for seven years under the Swedish Accounting Act. Other data is deleted once it is no longer needed for its purpose.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. Contact us at mikael@ivino.se to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
