The area around Lake Garda seems made for viticulture — not only thanks to the varied soils and the mild microclimate, but also thanks to the local winds. Ora del Garda and Pelér blow at regular intervals around the clock and ventilate the vineyards perfectly, keeping mould and fungal disease away.
The daily temperature swings let the grapes develop their full aromatic potential. Across 26 hectares of Guyot-trained vineyards, Madonna delle Vittorie grows fresh, fruity whites, harmonious and fragrant reds and a range of elegant sparkling wines — among them the celebrated Trento DOC Metodo Classico and its Riserva, made solely from estate-grown Chardonnay.
The estate also houses an award-winning olive mill — frantoio — where the olives come exclusively from the Garda area, plus a restaurant and guided visits with oil and wine tastings. Here land, lake and mountains meet in one craft.
