Description

In the glass rests a deep, ruby-red treasure from the sun-baked slopes of Abruzzo, where the Montepulciano grape has ripened to sublime perfection. The nose is a generous embrace of dark cherries, sun-warmed forest berries and an elegant hint of vanilla and toasted oak from the barrel ageing. The first sip reveals a velvety yet powerful structure, where ripe tannins interplay with notes of liquorice, dried herbs and a touch of espresso. A wine with great soul and a long, warming finish that carries the passion and craftsmanship of the Italian countryside.
